The king room may not have looked too exciting in the photos, but it totally surprised us with a beautiful cedar hot tub inside 🛀. the service was top-notch, making us feel right at home. Plus, they let us park our car conveniently at the back.

Overall had such wonderful stay for 1 night. There were a balcony, a kitchen, and a sitting area in the room, liked that. All the staff were excellent friendly and amicable. Distance to the airport was just 20 km...

The total stay was perfect 10/10 for 3 nights. The hotel was in a central setting close to a large supermarket. Besides, it was short walk to Te Rapa racecourse as well as a good restaurant.

The hotel was clean and the location was particularly good and perfect to main restaurants. I loved the nice modern room with a balcony and the stuff were amiable. Location: the venue was just off comfortable ☺ as well as the town centre, sports facilities, river walks.

On main road but we had room away from road so no road noise Cars parking get very close to room when turning round

The staff are respectful and easy going. the room is well priced. - the bed is comfortable, really! - It boasts a handy, peaceful location close to a supermarket and the Base shopping mall.

The personalised services, friendly staff and standard of presentation and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm and spacious. The bathroom was well appointed. The reception staff were extremely helpful and great advocates for Hamilton. Entrance and exit to the motel was easy due to the location and access to main highways.
